EDGE AND WAX

Edges sharpened, hot wax.

1. Wiping down board or ski with base cleaner
2. Sharpen side and base edge of board or ski on our Wintersteiger trim Disc 71 ceramic disc edger. (not a belt grind)
3. Wipe board or ski dry and hot wax leaving for a couple minutes then scrape off excess

FULL TUNE NO FILLS

Edges sharpened, base grind, hot wax.

1. Wiping down board or ski with base cleaner
2. Sharpen side and base edge of board or ski on our Wintersteiger trim Disc 71 ceramic disc edger. (not a belt grind)
3. Grind base of a board or ski flat and add structure to the base on our Wintersteiger Sigma S350 stone grinder
4. Re-Base edge board or ski to remove structure marks off base edge
5. Wipe board or ski dry and hot wax leaving for a couple minutes then scrape off excess

FULL TUNE WITH FILLS

Scratches filled, edges sharpened, base grind, hot wax.

1. Wiping down board or ski with base cleaner
2. Filling all nicks and scratches in the base by way of welding in petex material
3. Sharpen side and base edge of board or ski on our Wintersteiger trim disc 71 ceramic disc edger
4. Grind base of board or ski flat and put structure into base on our Wintersteiger sigma S350 stone grinder
5. Re-Base edge board or ski to remove structure marks off base edge
6. Wipe board or ski dry and hot wax leaving for a couple minutes then scrape off excess

MAJOR REPAIR WORK

Delaming top sheets, patches, edge replacement

• Delaming top sheet $10 - $30
• Patches in the base including full tune $80 - $100
• Edge replacement including full tune $100 -$160

DROP OFF AND PICK UP

We are now offering a service of customer drop off and pick up. This is where you can phone us and arrange for one of our staff members to meet you outside our store in the loading zone on Albert street to collect your equipment.

All we ask for is your name and phone number to be attached and our technician will call you with his assessment and cost of service.
