Designed for riders who want convenience without sacrificing response, the Atlas Step On provides the familiar power and durability of Union bindings with the quick in–quick out functionality of Step On technology.
This collaboration blends trusted Step On engagement with Union’s advanced binding construction, giving riders seamless connection to their board with minimal fuss. Simply step in and ride, then release quickly when it’s time to head back to the lift.

Binding Type: All-Mountain

Bushing: Hi-Flex HP EVA Bushing
Hi-Flex EVA bushings provide consistent cushioning between the rider and the board, absorbing impacts while maintaining long-term durability and comfort.
Disk Cover: Non-Stick HP EVA
The Non-Stick Hot Press EVA disk cover features a waterproof, closed-cell finish that prevents snow and ice buildup. It also allows easy adjustment for an optimal boot fit.
Highback: S1 Step On Duraflex Highback
This highback combines Union’s signature control and response with Step On compatibility, giving riders dependable support and efficient energy transfer.
FLAD: Integrated 2-Stage Forward Lean
The adjustable forward lean system offers two positions — standard and +5° — allowing riders to fine-tune their stance for comfort, response, and riding style.
Heelcup: Extruded 3D Aluminium
A strong extruded aluminium heelcup increases overall stiffness, enhances response, and provides a precise fit for improved power transfer.
